My husband and I worked with Billy at Electric Wheel. He was a great guy.
Ann, I’m sorry to see we lost Bill. He was such a great guy. When we used to all ride together in the North Bottoms I would love to watch him talk to his horse with his hands. He had such a natural touch with the horse he would ride. There was such a bond between him and any horse he ever rode. He had that bond with you too! Hugs Ann I know he will be missed by many. Love to all, Vicki Chandler
