Audrick Warren

Audrick E. Warren, age 8, of Quincy IL, died on Tuesday, June 13, 2017 in Kansas City, MO. He was born on July 29, 2008 in Quincy, IL the son of Roderick and Aushena (Mayfield) Warren. Audrick was a student at Southeast Elementary School in Kansas City, MO and was formerly a student at Monroe Elementary School in Quincy, IL. He was a member of the Cathedral of Worship.

Audrick leaves with us many wonderful memories. Of his natural athletic abilities, particularly in the sports of soccer and basketball. He loved being call “Lil Steph Curry”. Audi was a quick learner, sharp both athletically and academically. His teachers, principals, coaches, care givers, friends and family were all touched by his infectious smile, gentle spirit, and passion. We are so thankful Kingston met his older brother and left him such a great example.

HIS MATERNAL GRANDMOTHER: Koretta Sykes
AUNTS & UNCLES: Cardell Gaston and his wife Sabrina; Valecia Warren; Malessa Warren; and Derrica Sykes.
A host of great-uncles, great-aunts, and other relatives also survive.

Services will be held on Wednesday, June 21, 2017 at 11:00 AM in the Cathedral of Worship. Interment in Greenmount Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 20, 2017 from 4:00 until 7:00 PM in the Duker & Haugh Funeral Home. The Duker & Haugh Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

    I know you are in Heaven. I bet you are playing kickball and scoring lots of homeruns. I like Steph Curry, too. I will always think of you when I watch him play. I will also keep my eye on Kingston and watch out for him. I know how litttle brothers can be! Everyone at SE loves you & your family so much. Thanks for making our school a better place!

    I’m very sorry for your loss, I knew Audi for a short time when I worked with his mother. He was a beautiful little boy. I’m praying for your family in this difficult time. I hope God grants you peace.
