Ashley Y. Williams

Ashley Yvonne Williams, age 36, of Quincy, died on Thursday, September 16, 2021 in Blessing Hospital. She was born on February 28, 1985 in Quincy the daughter of Christopher and Tracy (Longcor) Williams.

Ashley was very involved with crafting and painting. She liked fishing and cooking. Ashley loved listening to music and always had music on at home. She cared for everybody and loved everybody, especially her family. Ashley was a ‘clean freak’, keeping everything neat and clean was important to her.

Ashley is survived by:
Her parents, and three children: Nevaeh Douglas, Dagen Ash and Kashious Williams.
Cousins, other relatives and many friends also survive.

She is preceded in death by her grandparents: Jack Williams, Hildegard Williams, Christinia Hively Williams, Darrel Longcor and Judith Tieken Longcor. She was also preceded in death by an aunt: Shelly Longcor.

Cremation rites will be accorded. Graveside services will be held on Tuesday, September 28, 2021 at 3:00 PM at Greenmount Cemetery with a celebration of Ashley’s life to follow at the South Side Boat Club. Memorials may be made to the family in the care of Nevaeh Douglas. The Duker & Haugh Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
