Amy Nicole (Wainman) Reichert
Amy Nicole (Wainman) Reichert, age 28, of 1737 Chestnut, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, October 19, 2014. She was born on March 26, 1986 in Quincy, IL, the daughter of Clifford & Beverly (Beemer) Wainman. Amy was a graduate of Waubonsie Valley High School in Aurora, IL. She was a graduate of John Wood Community College with a degree in nursing. She married Chris Reichert on April 14, 2012. He survives. Amy was a Registered Nurse first for Blessing Hospital and then for the Illinois Veterans Home. Amy found great satisfaction as a nurse, helping her patients and their families. She recently became a restorative nurse at the Illinois Veterans Home.
First and foremost, Amy loved being a mother to her son Thomas and wife to her husband Chris. She also loved all the time she was able to spend with family and friends. She enjoyed reading, the outdoors and country living. She was a loving and caring person who had a contagious smile and laughter. Amy was of the Christian Faith. Amy loved her dog, “Molly”.

THREE SISTERS: Heather Wainman of Quincy; Whitney Ehlebracht and her husband Matt of Plainfield, IL; and Morgan Wainman and her significant other Elliott Collins of Rochester, NY
A SPECIAL NIECE: Aubri Oliver
Numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and other relatives also survive.
Amy was preceded in death by her grandfather: Myron Beemer, her grandmother Leona Beemer Branson and her step-grandfather: Kelly Branson.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, October 25, 2014 at 10:30 in the Duker & Haugh Funeral Home. Interment in Burton Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Friday evening from 4:00 until 8:00 PM at the Duker & Haugh Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to an educational fund to be established for Amy’s son Thomas.
Cliff, Bev, and family: Such a difficult time for all of you. I had seen Amy at Blessing; she indeed had a contagious smile and earlier times with your whole family are
among my church family memories. May God give you strength and comfort in the coming days.

My heart goes out to you in this time of sadness. While I didn’t meet Amy, I know she was a beautiful person and leaves many wonderful memories for her parents and family to cherish.

Cliff, Bev and the entire family, my thoughts and prayers are will you all. I didn’t get a chance to meet Amy, but whenever Cliff talked about any of his children and grandchildren, his face just lit up and you felt like you knew them. Hoping your love for each other and faith helps you through this sad time.
