Allison was a life long member of St. Francis Solanus Catholic Church in Quincy. For several years she spent her summers serving others through Catholic Heart Work Camp as a staff member; and was active with Great River TEC and Quincy Cursillo.

In addition to her parents, Dennis & Pat of Quincy, survivors also include her fiancé, Jacob Tadeo of Douglas, AZ; her sisters, Nicole Costigan and her husband Jason; Liz Gengenbacher and her husband Rob all of Quincy; her grandmother, Therese Holbrook. Aunt Allison truly loved her nieces and nephew, Jack and Molly Costigan and Thea and Alex Gengenbacher all of Quincy.

Numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins also survive.

She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Ivan and JoAnn Moore and her paternal grandfather Dennis Holbrook, Sr.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, July 7, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. in St. Francis Solanus Catholic Church by Rev. Duc Pham, O.F.M. Fr Chuck Edwards and Fr. Molly RN was a true angel to Allison and the family . Molly cared for her at her bedside, however we recognize that all the staff at Hospice contributed to making her final days more peaceful. Memorials will also be accepted to Blessing Foundation for Hospice .
