Alice M. Starr, age 80, of Quincy, died on February 15, 2015 in Blessing Hospital. Graveside services will be held on Friday, February 20, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. in Sunset Cemetery of the Illinois Veterans Home. There is no visitation but friends are invited to the graveside services. The Duker & Haugh Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
