A. Eugene “Gene” Hess, age 75, of the Illinois Veterans Home, formerly of Liberty, died on August 6, 2007 in the homeGraveside services will be held on Friday, August 10, 2007 at 10:00 A.M. at Quincy Memorial Park with Rev. John Adams officiating. There will be no visitation but friends and family are invited to attend the graveside services. Memorials are suggested to the Illinois Veteran’s Home Activities Fund. The Duker & Haugh Funeral Home is handling the arrangements for A. Eugene “Gene” Hess.
