Condolence to the family of childhood friend Carlatta Odette (Pampie) Humphrey Rice. I will always cherish those childhood memories of Pampie living on Tenth Street and me living a block away on Oak. The ball games played on the old vacant Lincoln school lot (mostly with your brothers) and learning the stroll in your living room with Cookie teaching us. We truly were a village back in the day. Rest on and thanks for the memories.
My thoughts and prayers are with the family and friends.
