Daniel “Danny” R. Patterson, age 40, of Quincy, died on September 3, 2025. He was born on August 5, 1985, in Quincy, the son of Missie (Mudd) Patterson. Danny married Amanda M. Johnston on July 7, 2012, in Clat Adams Park. She survives.

He was a graduate of Quincy Senior High School. Danny worked at McDonald’s and most recently was employed at Blessing Hospital in the Environmental Services department.

Danny enjoyed listening to podcasts as well as his “Dad” music. He was very proud of his black Silverado truck, and loved his canine companions, Buddy and Jack. Most important to Daniel was spending family time with his beautiful granddaughter who he loved so much. He also loved taking family trips all over the place. Family meant everything to Daniel.

In addition to his wife, Amanda, he is survived by his mother, Missi, and children: Skyler Call of Quincy, Gage Call (boyfriend Austin Leonard) of Alabama, Jasmine Call (fiancé Sean Lyssy) of Quincy, and Trinity Call of Quincy.

Grandchildren: Haizley Call. Siblings: Christina Wellman (Justin), Samantha Patterson (Matt Bolte), and David Patterson. His mother-in-law: Debbie Jones of Quincy, several nieces and nephews as well as brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law also survive.

Danny was preceded in death by maternal grandparents, paternal grandparents, father-in-law, Terry Nokes, aunt, and an uncle.

Family and friends are invited to a Celebration of Life at Kesler Park, Bonansinga Drive (just north of Clat Adams Park) on September 13, 2025, at 5:30 PM.
