Carolyn, David, Kristin, and Tony,
I am devastated to hear this news. I cannot begin to think of how many hours I spent with your family during their QND years. Mike was a great parent. I can vividly see him cooking hot dogs and burgers down the alley at the baseball field and how many long days we spent traveling all over Missouri and Illinois playing summer baseball. I know he also enjoyed watching our “big man,” Tony, shoot the “3” at the top of the key on the basketball court. It was also nice to talk with another lifelong Yankees fan–there weren’t many of us in Quincy! I will pray that God gives all of you the strength you need in the days ahead, and that HE will fill your hearts and souls with only the great memories you both created, and shared with, Mike. God Bless.
Tony and Family – I am sorry for your loss – I wish you peace
