Jane E. Noble
Jane E Noble, known affectionately as Mama Jane, passed away on February 12, 2025 in St. Louis, Missouri, at the age of 71. Born on May 24, 1953, in Carthage, Illinois the daughter to John and Dolores (Phillips) Hoener, Sr. She was a graduate of Liberty High School.
Most recently residing in Quincy, Illinois, Jane was a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother, finding joy in every moment spent with her family. Her greatest pride stemmed from nurturing and supporting her loved ones, creating lasting memories that will be cherished for generations.
Jane’s commitment to her profession in food service allowed her to touch the lives of many, instilling in them a sense of hospitality and warmth. Loved ones will remember her not only for her professional accomplishments but also for the love and kindness she shared with all who knew her.
Jane is survived by:
THREE DAUGHTERS: Dena Pracht of Camp Point, IL; Christina Miller (Josh Lipscomb) of Hannibal, MO and Ashley Flesner (Adam) of Camp Point, IL.
HER GRANDCHILDREN: Trevor Pracht, Ethan Pracht and Cole Pracht; Zachary Shaffer (Amber), Joseph Sweigart, Madison Sweigart; Kace Flesner and Mia Flesner.
HER GREAT-GRANDCHILDREN: Jailyn Akers, Mylan Shaffer and Harley Shaffer.
HER BROTHER: John Hoener, Jr. of Liberty, IL.
A niece, nephews and other relatives also survive.
Jane was preceded in death by her parents.
Jane’s family will forever carry her spirit and the lessons she imparted. Jane will be deeply missed but lovingly remembered. Jane was a member of Madison Park Christian Church.
A Memorial visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 19, 2025 from 4:00 until 7:00 PM at the Duker & Haugh Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to Madison Park Christian Church. The Duker & Haugh Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

I will miss her, fly high
I am deeply saddened by the news of Jane’s passing. She was a valued colleague and friend. I will always cherish the memory of our daily conversations and her cheerful greeting “Hey, girlfriend” as she walked though the door. She will be greatly missed. Rest easy, my friend, rest easy. My condolences to her family.
Jane was a great boss !! She was always great to me when I first met her at St Vincent’s and later at Blessing Hospital !!! Sorry for your family’s loss !! Prayers !!
